Neodym Ring Magneter er ligesom skiver eller cylindre, men med et hul i midten. Most neodymium ring magnets and tube-shaped magnets are axially magnetised: Nord og syd poler er placeret på de flade cirkulære overflader (“Top og bund”). The few diametralt magnetiseret neodymium ring magnets with poles “venstre og højre” er specielt markeret.

Due to their shape, it is very tempting to screw-mount ring magnets. But please keep in mind, the material is very brittle and chips easily. That is why we advise against the screw-mounting of ring magnets with holes. It is much safer and easier if you use screw-on magnets eller countersunk pot magnets.
